Gisela Keller - Founder K+A Group

A strategic thinker with a proven track record spanning 25 years, Gisela has had the privilege of supporting civil society, corporate, and philanthropic leaders across American and European markets in achieving their mission. Before, K+A, Gisela was program officer at the Goldman Sachs Foundation and Head of Public Affairs at Dresdner Bank. She speaks German and Spanish. She is the New York Hub Lead of New Engaged International Donors, Adjunct Professor at NYU, and serves on several nonprofit boards. Gisela holds an MA from FU Berlin.

Robin Rosenbluth, New York

Robin coaches organizational leaders, career-changers, executive leaders, and boards. She offers consulting services, including development audits, fundraising plans, building major gift programs, board development, corporate/foundation relations, and donor stewardship for annual, endowment, and feasibility studies for capital campaigns. Robin teaches fundraising at New York University. She previously worked at The Nature Conservancy, raising principal gifts for international projects, and at Columbia, supporting its $4 billion campaign. She also worked at the Ms. Foundation for Women, four NYC hospitals, the Jewish Museum, and the Brooklyn Museum. She is a frequent conference speaker and served on the board of Women in Development.

David Dean, New York

​David has 40 years of experience as an arts administrator, strategic planner, and non-profit fundraiser. He was the Executive Director of Printed Matter and has worked for a range of organizations in the UK and the US, including Queens Museum of Art, Casita Maria Center for Arts and Education, The French-American Foundation, and The English National Opera. David has had a key role on a range of capital projects. He is a graduate of Goldsmiths, University of London.

Johannes Ruzicka, Munich

Johannes is a partner of Germany’s premier fundraising management consultancies, Brakeley Germany. Johannes and his team are supported leading non-profit and public organizations in fundraising and organizational development such as including Amnesty International, Greenpeace, or SOS Children’s Villages. After heading up the fundraising department at Technical University Munich in 2002, he became a consultant in 2005. He has been Partner of Brakeley Fundraising Consultants since 2008. Johannes a frequent conference speaker and co-authored three resource mobilization books. He holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.

Mary Hedahl, New York

Mary brings 25 years of development experience on behalf of human rights, civil liberties, social justice, environment, and arts organization. She was Head of Philanthropy, Global Fund to End Modern Slavery; Chief Development Officer Fair Trade USA, and Eastern Director of Major Gifts, Natural Resources Defense Council overseeing Major Gifts Departments and driving growth. She has consulted with numerous non-profits to increase and diversify income streams, streamline systems, and create a culture of philanthropy.

Liz Dixon, UK, London

Liz is an independent researcher and director of Prospera Research which she established in 2012. Liz works with a wide spectrum of not-for-profit clients including environment and conservation; international development; arts and heritage; higher education; health and social welfare; and medical research charities. Throughout her fundraising career which spans 28 years, Liz has provided international prospect research leadership which has informed and guided major capital campaigns at Royal Botanic Gardens Kew; V&A; and Royal Academy of Music.
