K+A was delighted to work with the Berlin-based Water and Integrity Network (WIN) over four months to build the internal readiness of the team in international philanthropy resource mobilization. This included workshops, a comprehensive fundraising and marketing plan with clear action points, prospect research, cultivation strategies, monitoring tools, and exploring new ways to tell WIN's story to new donor audiences.
